SECOND YEAR
Your supervisor will be assigned by the start of the academic year
Monitoring via termly progress reports
Amazon study trip in Berlin
18 months: first major academic milestone (transfer to PhD/DPhil)
THIRD YEAR
International research placement in overseas university research centre (subject to progress)
Monitoring via termly progress reports
36 months: second major academic milestone (draft thesis accepted)
FOURTH YEAR
Monitoring via termly progress reports
You must have completed your research and submitted your thesis by the end of the fourth year

Industrial internships are possible in any year including first year mini-projects (subject to progress)
